“Human Resource Management is the path to achieving the goals and dreams of companies.” This was the title of the discussion and enjoyable gathering with a group of CEOs (Chief Executive Officers) of real estate development pioneers in Egypt. There were more than 15 executive directors present. Imagine the level of interaction and participation on this day. We may differ on many things, except for one thing, the extent of the personal benefit that I truly cannot measure because the experiences shared were deep and incredibly valuable.
