At MS for Business Consulting & Training, we are proud of our distinguished experience with Dream 2000, one of the major companies in the Egyptian market in the field of selling electronic and electrical devices.
Our consulting journey with the company extended for several months, and focused mainly on governance and organizational restructuring, especially after the rapid growth and expansion that the company witnessed over a short period of time, which required rearranging the house from within and building administrative systems more capable of supporting and sustaining this growth.
Hence we adopted a strategy:

Pause…then move forward carefully and on a stronger footing.
Indeed, expansion was halted and new branches were opened for a specific period, in parallel with the implementation of a comprehensive internal development and restructuring process, which included restructuring the company, developing detailed and clear policies and procedures, building a matrix of powers and responsibilities (Authority Matrix), conducting a comprehensive assessment of managers across the three administrative levels, designing KPIs, developing a performance evaluation system, in addition to reviewing the wage and salary structure in a way that suits the organizational structure and the needs of the next stage.
The goal was not to stop growth, but to build a foundation that would allow the company to grow more orderly and sustainably.
It was truly an enriching and enjoyable professional experience, and we were thrilled to be part of this stage of the Dream 2000 journey.
